What is Fit Tech?

imagesThis blog is based around two things: Students and Fitness. Specifically, we want to intersect these two topics.

As students ourselves we know how difficult it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle when in college. With dorm food, short distances to walk to class, and general exhaustion from workloads, fitness, and health is something that tends to get put on the back-burner for many students.

We know that not every student has the ability to go out and run a 5K; this blog simply aims to emphasize the importance of taking care of oneself as well as they can while in a college environment.

Our focus is on the promoting health on campus while showing fellow students that being healthy and fit while in college is a more attainable goal than many would suspect.
